What is the process for ordering from the new Clubhouse takeaway and home delivery service?

We have tried to make the process as simple and seamless as possible. The steps are outlined below:

  1. Select the items you want through our online eCommerce portal. 
  2. Place your order online.
  3. Once we receive your order, a member of our team will check availability with the kitchen and will then call you back: please ensure to keep your phone in earshot so you don’t miss our call back – we can’t confirm the order until we have spoken to you.
  4. Once we have spoken to you and confirmed your order, the team member will take payment over the phone or debit your account accordingly (please note that you will need to have enough credit in your account to enable this). 
  5. If you have requested the home delivery service, your Quiqup driver will contact you once they are at the delivery address
  6. If you have requested the takeaway service, your order will be available to collect from the security office at the DOSC entry gate. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we can take payment by card over the phone or, if you have sufficient balance available, we can credit the amount to your DOSC account. We are currently not able to take payment online – but we’re working on it! Watch this space.

Is the Clubhouse takeaway and home delivery service available to DOSC Members only?

Yes, the DOSC Clubhouse takeaway and home delivery service is for DOSC Members only. As a private members club and in line with the terms of our license, we are not able to provide the service for non-members at this time.

How long will it take for my order to be prepared?

On a weeknight, it will take around 45 minutes for your order to be prepared and ready to collect – either by you, if you have opted for takeaway, or by the delivery driver for home delivery. 

During the weekend the Clubhouse kitchen has a greater volume of orders to fulfil, so you can expect it to take around 75 minutes for us to prepare your order. 

For takeaway orders, how do I collect?

Once your order has been accepted by the Clubhouse kitchen, a member of our team will call you back to confirm. They will then tell you how long the order will take to fulfil, and advise when you should arrive at the Club to collect. You can then pick up your order from the DOSC security office at the entrance gate.

For home delivery, are there any limitations as to where you can deliver to?

Our delivery zone is limited to within five kilometres from DOSC.

This roughly translates to Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3, Umm Sequim 1, 2 and 3, and some areas of Al Quoz. Check with a member of our team if you are unsure if your address falls within the delivery zone – you can call us anytime on tel: +971 (0)4 394 1669, or send an email to [email protected].

What happens if I live outside of the Clubhouse home delivery zone?

Our delivery zone is limited to within five kilometres from DOSC.

Outside of this area, you can arrange a taxi to collect your order from DOSC: just let us know when we call you to confirm your order that you will be sending a taxi to collect. We will apply a discount of AED12 to your order towards the delivery charge.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your delivery will arrive hot if you live a distance away from DOSC.

Is there a fee for home delivery?

Delivery arranged by DOSC costs AED25 or, if your order is over AED 150, it is free. 

If you live outside of the Clubhouse delivery zone (within 5km of DOSC) then you will need to arrange collection yourself. Costs will vary depending on the service you use and your location. Just let us know when we call you back to confirm your order that you will be sending a taxi to collect and we will apply a discount of AED12 to the total order to assist with the delivery charges.

Which delivery service does the Clubhouse use?
