Pilates at DOSC with Steph

Looking for a low-impact mat-based workout that gives your core a major workout whilst targeting muscles all over the body? Gain greater flexibility, muscle strength and endurance whilst improving posture in the DOSC Pilates class with Stott Pilates certified instructor Steph.

This class is suitable for all levels. All you need in terms of equipment is an exercise mat and two towels. Please note classes are restricted to eight people max per session.
