Global integrated shipping, logistics and marine services provider GAC has extended its support as the main sponsor of the DOSC Sailability programme for the next three years. With their support, we are now gearing up for the new season where we will give over 70 students a taste of sailing, aided by about 100 registered volunteers.
‘DOSC Sailability, Powered by GAC’ will enable the Club to continue upgrading our fleet, replace land-based teaching aids and buy buoyancy aids designed for students with limited upper body mobility.
GAC first signed up as the programme’s main sponsor in 2019.
Stuart Bowie, GAC Group Vice President – Commercial, says: “The sea is part of the GAC DNA, so we know the thrill and freedom the sport offer and are delighted to be able to continue supporting DOSC Sailbaility’s important work in making the sport accessible for all.
“Our sponsorship chimes with GAC Group’s sustainability strategy, which includes a commitment to UN Sustainable Development Goals, SDG 17 – Partnership for the Goals, to encourage effective partnerships and raise awareness for worthy causes.”
Emphasising world-class performance, a long-term approach, sustainability, innovation, ethics and a strong human touch, GAC delivers a flexible and value adding portfolio to help customers achieve their strategic goals.
