We would like to take the opportunity to remind you about guest protocols at the Club as set out in the amended Operational Procedures.
- Guest numbers: DOSC Members are allowed to bring up to ten guests per day to the Club, with each individual guest being limited to a maximum of four visits per month.
- Pre-registration of guests: Members must pre-register their guests. This can be done at the DOSC security gate upon arrival or via email to security@doscuae.com. No other method of pre-registration will be permitted; for example, security will not call Members from the gate to verify guest identity as this causes issues with traffic flow.
- When pre-registering guest(s), the following information is required: Member name; Membership number; guest name(s); date of guest visit; and guest fee amount to be charged to the Member’s account or paid by the guest on arrival
- Members must be present with their guests at DOSC: Members must be present at the Club at the same time as their guests; under no circumstances are guests allowed to enter unless the Member is already on the premises. It is important to note that the system by which Members swipe their cards upon arrival creates a record, which will be monitored daily with a tally taken on guest and member attendance ratios. Abuse of the system may result in suspension of Members’ privileges to invite guests for a period of three months.
- Member & guest behaviour: DOSC Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times while on the Club premises. This is particularly the case when it comes to full adherence with Club policies relating to government regulations to stop the spread, such as social distancing and wearing a mask unless seated at a table in the Clubhouse. Suspension of Member privileges to invite guests may also be considered in cases where guests are found to be in breach of the Club’s Code of Conduct, particularly if a guest or guests have been asked to leave the premises due to inappropriate behaviour.
