You don’t have to be a sailor to be a Sailability volunteer!

All you need is a friendly, cheerful disposition and an interest in helping people of determination to learn new skills and have fun. There are many activities that are land based during the sailing sessions.

WE NEED YOU!

We need people who can help to to manage our dedicated team of hard-working volunteers, along with administration, operations, training and marketing. Of course, if you have an interest in sailing, are a qualified sailor or safety boat crew member, we welcome your skills and would love to hear from you.

COMMITMENT

A rota is set in place for volunteers and students each week. We ask for a commitment on available times and preferred session from volunteers to allow efficiency of logistics. Obviously, if things crop up then volunteers can let us know in time to arrange a substitute.
