Sound Baths

Karen Turner is an advanced therapeutic sound practitioner (KHDA) and ICF-accredited somatic trauma-informed coach based in Dubai.  She is also a mindfulness teacher and hypnotherapist, which shapes the way she holds space, helping people feel safe, supported, and completely at ease

Karen creates calm, welcoming sound bath experiences for people who feel overstimulated, emotionally drained, or simply in need of deep rest, bringing a gentle, grounded professionalism to every session.

Alongside her wellness work, Karen is a Chartered HR Professional (MCIPD) and a Brand Partner of The Mental Wellbeing Company, integrating nervous system-informed practice, trauma awareness, and positive psychology into her wider wellbeing approach.

At the heart of her sessions is something simple: a quiet space for your body to soften, your mind to slow down, and your whole system to reset

Karen’s sound bath sessions are a deeply calming 75-minute experience designed to help the nervous system settle and the body release tension.

Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, the Om gong, tingsha bells, chimes, rain discs, and gentle drums, and other therapeutic sounds, Karen creates an immersive soundscape that supports deep rest and restoration.

Some people come simply to unwind after a busy week. Others come because they’ve been carrying stress for too long and want a gentle reset.

There’s no experience needed, and nothing to do or share.

You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably, get cosy, and allow the sound to do the work, supporting stillness, ease, and a rare moment of uninterrupted calm in the middle of a fast-moving world.
