Dubai Offshore Sailing Club is one of the Middle East’s most established and internationally recognised sailing clubs. With over 50 years of history, DOSC is home to a vibrant sailing community and a diverse membership representing more than 40 nationalities. The club is renowned for high quality racing, regattas, and youth programmes, and is committed to developing pathways for sailors of all levels.
The Racing and Events Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of DOSC’s racing calendar and events, as well as leading the Youth Racing Academy. The role develops competitive sailing pathways, promotes the club’s racing initiatives, and ensures the smooth execution of all regattas and sailing events.
Work effectively with management, sailing staff, instructors, and volunteers to deliver safe and successful events.
Act as an ambassador for DOSC when engaging with members, partners, officials, and the wider local and international sailing community.
