Due to the unforeseen postponement of sports events last weekend (14th & 15th May) and the rescheduling to this weekend (21st & 22nd May) the race program shall not be duel scored as part of the Dinghy Commodores Cup.
Many sailors plan season series event dates long in advance and it is likely that many sailors may not be able to react to a short notice rescheduling.
Therefore, the Dinghy Commodores Cup is now concluded.
Nonetheless we are happy to invite all our dinghy sailors and SB20s to attend this weekend’s Airbus Regatta. The forecast is looking promising for some great racing whilst sailors can look forward to the usual Airbus Regatta hospitality ashore.
This weekend DOSC will also be hosting the UAE Sailing and Rowing Federations Optimist Championships. With 15 guest entries expected this is a great opportunity for our optimist sailors to race in a National level championships.
