DOSC’s Operational Procedures are designed to ensure that all of our Members are able to fully enjoy the Club’s facilities at all times. It is important that DOSC Members and their guests adhere to the protocols in order to enhance the experience for everyone.
You may have noticed that we have recently made changes to the DOSC security gate entrance; there are now two lanes for cars to enter, and a dedicated lane for pedestrians. This enhancement has been made to speed up and simplify the entry process. To support our efforts, we request that all Members and their guests take note of our procedures and protocols, as follows:
- Member registration: All Members, without exception, must register at the Security gate prior to entry; the process is simple, just swipe or tap your DOSC Membership card. This is an important safety requirement as we need to keep a record of everyone who is on the Club premises.
- Pre-registration of guests: Members must pre-register their guests. This can be done at the DOSC security gate upon arrival or via email to security@doscuae.com. No other method of pre-registration will be permitted; for example, security will not call Members from the gate to verify guest identity as this causes issues with traffic flow. When pre-registering guest(s), the following information is required: Member name; Membership number; guest name(s); date of guest visit and; guest fee amount to be charged to the Member’s account or paid by the guest on arrival
- Guest numbers: DOSC Members are allowed to bring up to ten guests per day to the Club, with each individual guest being limited to a maximum of four visits per month.
- Members must be present with their guests at DOSC: Guests are only allowed entry to DOSC if the Member who has invited them is on the premises.
