Dear Members,
In line with our passion to improve the DOSC member experience, we have introduced the DOSC Sailing Calendar for the coming 2021-2022 season. Please click here to view the new Sailing Calendar in full.
You will see that the Sailing Calendar is now in digital format and has been optimised for mobile and desktop. The key benefits brought to you by this update are:
Easy to use and saves time: Simply click on the link to view the Calendar on the DOSC website. You can filter the scheduled events according to series name, type, and so on, via the ‘Label’ dropdown box.
Everything you need to know in one place: From now on, links to all the relevant event documents and forms (i.e. NOR, sign up forms, etc.) will be added to each event entry. All you need to do is click on the ‘View Detail’ button for the relevant event on the Sailing Calendar page, or via your personal Google or iCal calendar, to access everything you need to know.
Import to your personal calendar: Choose the event you want to add to your desktop or mobile calendar (via Google or iCal) by clicking on the ‘View Detail’ button. Once the event is added to your calendar, any changes or additional information added by the DOSC team will automatically update – no need for you to do anything else except focus on getting out on the water.
Share event information with one click: Each event can be easily shared via Whatsapp, email, Facebook and LinkedIn – handy if you want to keep your crew updated. Simply click on the ‘View Detail’ button that appears on each event box and choose the relevant icon, then click again to share
Countdown: A handy countdown feature shows you how many days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the event starts.
