* Your company name
* Your company/ business logo (in jpeg or png format, 300 dpi resolution)
* A brief description of the services or goods you supply (approx. 100-150 words)
* The percentage discount you can offer to DOSC Members
* How DOSC Members can claim the discount or offer (i.e. in-store by presenting their DOSC Membership card, online by inputting their DOSC Membership number, by email request etc.)
* Your mobile number and email address
